Kim Soo-cheol (32-ROAD FC Wonju) made Korean fighters proud. Kim defeated Russia’s Alexey Indenko (34) with a guillotine choke 55 seconds into the first round in the quarterfinals of the ROAD FC 064 -63 kg bantamweight tournament at the Wonju General Gymnasium on Thursday.
Kim will next face Brazil’s Bruno Azevedo, who defeated Park Hyung-geun, in the quarterfinals of the Gupne ROAD FC 065 global tournament in Anyang in August.
Kim Soo-cheol is considered the “strongest fighter in Asia.
